We loved our stay at The Vineyard Apartments in a 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms unit with an attached garage. It is the Four Seasons ... of apartments at a reasonable cost. Mike, the manager, and Alex were always visible, available and responsive to help us get the most out of the property or address any needs that arose. The grounds and amenities are all immaculately kept by the very competent and friendly staff. We enjoyed regularly walking the grounds with our dog, proximity to shopping and using the gym (which is Equinox quality) and frequently saw Mike doing the same. The tenants seemed to be comprised mostly of professionals, which kept things quiet and respectful. We highly recommend The Vineyard Apartments to anyone looking for a resort quality home. Had a tour with the leasing agent, Alex, and we had a great experience. He was very friendly and welcoming. He even gave ... our fussy toddler a coloring page. This already tells me that this is a family-friendly community. The units look high end, from the appliances to the amenity center and gym. It's also a gated community, and some units have an attached garage. The grounds look very clean and well maintained. Looking forward to renting here in the future! The vineyard apartments is a very lovely place to live. Since the day I moved in. Everyone has been respectful nice kind ... on top of things and when I recently had a work order for my apartment they came in when they said they were gonna come on time service was like the next day. Staff always courteous and very helpful. Great place to stay. Close to everything. The apartments are modern, always clean with loads of facilities. Gym, mini golf, EV charging, swimming pool, jacuzzi, recreation hall with pool table, office and party hall to rent and use everyday. You won't be disappointed.. Enjoy ur stay..
